Employee of Month - September 2024

We are thrilled to announce that Amanda Raethz has been named Petro Serve USA Employee of the Month for September 2024!

Amanda is doing a phenomenal job managing our large new convenience store in Casselton, ND. During the construction of the Casselton store, Amanda took the initiative to visit multiple locations, dedicating her time to training and developing employees and assisting other managers with daily operations.

Her expertise spans all aspects of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Amanda’s involvement extends beyond the store as she actively participates in the Casselton community, including teaching dance to school-age children.

Amanda’s passion for her store, her team, and Petro Serve USA is evident in everything she does. She consistently conveys our company culture and values, making a positive impact on both staff and customers. We are incredibly proud of the outstanding work Amanda is doing and are thrilled to recognize her contributions this month.
